Across the Pond is owned by Dan E. Diviney and filed as a DBA in the state of Pennsylvania in 2016.  It exists under Dan Diviney Music, LLC, a single member limited liability company registered in Pennsylvania in 2022.

The business includes the band Across the Pond, as well as solo performances, hosting of free musical events and Irish sessions, and any other musical venture created by Dan E. Diviney.  The business and the band have no employees.

Musicians, dancers and others involved in creating and performing musical and dance performance are independent subcontractors, and not legally part of Dan Diviney Music, LLC.  However, their creativity and hard work have created the band we call Across the Pond.
