Old Town Winchester will celebrate the Irish/Scottish roots of the community with the first St. Paddy’s Celtic Festival in Old Town on Saturday, March 12, 2016 from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Across the Pond Celtic band will perform with a blast of high energy music at 50/50 Taphouse on Cork Street beginning at noon and ending by 3 p.m.
